Courtney E. Barrett, ACNP
Courtney E. Barrett is a board-certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She is also a certified multiple sclerosis specialist. Courtney received her Bachelors of Nursing Degree from Purdue University and her Masters of Nursing Degree from Duke University.
After completing her master’s degree, Courtney treated patients with critical neurological conditions at Duke University Hospital. Her training and neurological experience include acute intracranial processes such as ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes, spinal cord diseases and post-operative care for spinal and cranial surgeries.
Courtney joined the INS team in 2017 and is excited to broaden her experience to include outpatient care. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and new daughter.
