As he moved forward, Dr. Pergolizzi began exploring new opportunities with the goal of developing a new independent practice to provide outstanding clinical care to his patients. After reviewing both outpatient and hospital based practice models, he set into place a hybrid practice model which integrates both models and creates associations with his clinical Neurology colleagues and Radiology partners. Dr. Pergolizzi uses this hybrid model to allow him to develop a comprehensive clinical practice in the region, which in turn provides the highest level of clinical care to his patients as medicine continues to evolve in the future.
