I chose Dr. Kayloe based on her impeccable reviews. I was not disappointed. She is warm, personable and is pursuing a course of testing to enable her to
make an accurate data-based assessment/diagnosis and recommendation. One could ask for nothing more. Today was only my first visit, but so far I am very pleased.

Dr. Kayloe is an excellent neurologist. She asked questions about my medical and family medical history and medications, performed a thorough checkup, and directed me to the next steps for my condition. She is very professional, caring, and has a good bedside manner. Her receptionist and staff are very courteous and accommodating also.

Dr Kayloe is a gifted neurologist. I have seen her on and off over 10 years. She doesn’t diddle around with issues. She is empathetic and direct. She knows exactly what questions to ask, what labs she needs, and what tests help identify challenges to get the best care. She also works well with the other members of her practice as I have needed support from other neuro specialists like neuropsychology testing as well as treatment for carpal and tarsal tunnel issues.

I did not meet with Dr. Kayloe. Instead, I met with her PA, Arlene. Arlene was very thorough, courteous, and professional. She arranged a 6 months follow-up. Nonetheless, I have not conferred with Dr. Kayloe in a while.

The appointment was a standard checkup but Dr. Kayloe was thorough, courteous and welcoming. She asks questions and listens to make sure you are okay. She doesn’t hesitate to send you to other specialists if she feels you need them.

For the 3 weeks , I have been trying to get my refund thu the accounting Department to no avail.
Although the Dr. is in my insuarnce In-Network, My cc was charged $775 on condition that Once the insurance settle payment which was on 10/29/2024, the office will credit my cc back.
The amount I should payed is $45.
Today, I Called the billing Department "spoke to Sara "she was very uncooperative and defensive that she is asking me to go the office and ask for the refund because the post office may take up to 3 weeks! She hanged up the phone.
Sara denied I spoke with her Friday 11/29/2024 where she promised she will get in touch with the front office to mail the check that Friday. Today she is claiming it not her responsibility for the refund.
My heath insuarnce informed that they have no right to hold patients' funds once paid .In the event I do not receive my refund within 48 hours, i have no choice but dispute the charges with my CC.
